Flake ice machine

Ice flaker is a kind of ice maker. It can be divided into fresh water ice flaker and sea water ice flaker according to water source. Generally, it is mainly industrial ice maker. The flake ice is thin, dry and loose white ice, with thickness ranging from 1.0mm to 2.5mm, one-sided irregular shape and diameter of about 12 to 45mm. The ice has no sharp edges and corners, and will not stab frozen objects. It can enter the gap between the objects to be cooled, reduce heat exchange, maintain the temperature of ice, and have good moisturizing effect. The cooling effect of ice flake is good, and it has the characteristics of large and rapid cooling capacity

Due to the flat shape of ice sheet, the surface area of ice sheet is larger than that of other ice forms of the same weight. The larger the contact surface area, the better the refrigeration effect. For example, the minimum surface area of a ton of ice sheet is 1579 square meters, and other types of ice such as tube ice and particle ice can only provide 395 to 1294 square meters, so the refrigeration efficiency of ice sheet is 2 to 5 times higher than that of tube ice and particle ice.

Low production cost

The production cost of ice flakes is very economic. It only needs about 85 degrees of electricity to cool 16 degrees Celsius water into 1 ton of ice flakes.

Because of the huge surface area of ice sheet, its heat exchange process is rapid. Ice sheet can quickly melt into water, take away heat, and increase humidity for the mixture.

Convenient storage and transportation

Because of the dry texture of ice, it is not easy to produce adhesion in the process of low temperature storage and spiral transportation, so it is easy to store and transport.

3. The water source is fresh water, which can be ordinary tap water or groundwater.

4. The machine should be placed indoors.

5. The ice type produced by the machine is sheet ice, thickness: 1.8-2.2mm.
