The STC type evaporative condenser is an efficient heat exchange equipment developed on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced heat exchange technology and updating it. The product integrates traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating water pumps, pools and connecting water pipes into one. It has a small footprint, convenient installation, low noise, water saving, power saving, low operating costs, no pollution to the environment, and long service life It has many advantages such as long length and easy maintenance. It is a new generation of environmental protection and energy saving products. It is an ideal replacement for traditional shell and tube condensers.
The STC series evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium, and uses the evaporation of part of the cooling water to take away the heat released during the gas refrigerant condensation process. Its casing is a combination of standard components in the form of a box. Inside: spray water device, snake-shaped condensation coil, filler heat exchange layer, water remover, and water collecting pan at the bottom. A circulating water pump is arranged outside the box body, and a shaft circulation fan is arranged on the top of the side of the condensation coil. During operation, the cooling water is pumped by the water to the nozzle above the condensing coil, and evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the condensing coil to form a thin layer of water film. The high-temperature refrigerant vapor enters from the upper part of the serpentine condensation coil, and the liquid condensed by the cooling water outside the tube flows out from the lower part of the condensation coil. After the water has absorbed the heat of the refrigerant, a part of it evaporates into water vapor, which is sucked away by the axial flow fan and discharged into the atmosphere. The un-evaporated cooling water flows through the high-efficiency PVC heat sink filler and is cooled by air. The cooled water drops fall on the lower part. In the water collecting tray, the water supply pump is recycled. The axial flow fan draws air from the top, which strengthens the air flow and the negative pressure in the box, which reduces the evaporation temperature of the water, promotes the evaporation of the water film, and strengthens the heat dissipation of the condensation coil. The function of the water remover is to block the water droplets that are not evaporated in the air and return it to the water tray to reduce the consumption of cooling water. In addition, a floating ball valve is set in the water pan. When the water is continuously evaporated and consumed, the floating ball valve automatically opens to give supplemental cooling water.
