Belt dryer

  The material to be processed is distributed on a conveyor belt through a suitable distributor, and the conveyor belt passes through a hot air circulation system, and the circulation system has one or more dehumidification systems. When the material passes through the conveyor belt, the hot air is distributed by the distributor and blown into the mesh belt in a jet stream, passing through the material on the conveyor belt from bottom to top, so that the material can be dried uniformly. In the drying process, hot air flows through the material layer to complete the transfer of heat and mass. The upper cavity is connected to the fan inlet by an air pipe, and most of the gas circulates. This series can be continuously produced with high degree of production automation and large production volume.
