It is mainly used for food storage at - 22 ℃ - 25 ℃. Only at this temperature can the food not go bad. For example, when ice cream is stored at a temperature higher than - 25 ℃, its flavor is gone. When seafood is stored at a temperature higher than this, its flavor and taste are much worse. The characteristics of the cold storage are as follows: the food is put into the cold storage step by step irregularly. After a period of time, there is no special requirement for the temperature of the cold storage in this period. The temperature of the cold storage reaches - 25 ℃, and after the temperature in the cold storage is constant, the requirement for the temperature of the cold storage is very strict.

4. Quick freezing warehouse: the storage temperature is generally below - 30 ℃
